How can I return the products?
Unless a product is marked “Personalized Product” or “Final Sale” on the Site, Customer may exchange a product for any or no reason without incurring any penalty, by complying with the return procedures set forth herein.
In order to exercise the Customer’s right to exchange products, the Customer must send written notice of his or her desire to exchange a product within fourteen (14) days of Customer’s receipt of the product (a “Return Notice”) by emailing Walter Shoes Design Sas at the following email address: waltershoesdesign@gmail.com; or by completing and submitting an exchange form which can be found on the Site.
The Return Notice must include the Customer’s reason for return, which may include any of the following: (i) too small; (ii) too large; (iii) item not as pictured; (iv) item damaged or defective; or (v) changed mind.
If Customer is requesting to make an exchange, the Return Notice must include the style, size and color of the product the Customer is requesting in exchange, subject of course to availability, and the payment of any cost in excess of the original purchase price. Upon receipt of a Return Notice, Walter Shoes Design Sas shall provide the Customer with instructions on how to carry out the return or exchange.
Unless otherwise notified in writing by Walter Shoes Design Sas, shipment of product(s) for return or exchange must be sent to Walter Shoes Design Sas at Customer’s sole and exclusive expense, to the following address: Via Roma, 98 – 27027 – Gropello Cairoli Pavia (PV) within thirty (30) business days of Customer’s receipt of the products.
Unless otherwise provided in writing by Walter Shoes Design Sas, all products sent to Walter Shoes Design Sas for return or exchange must be returned unused in the condition Customer received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Walter Shoes Design Sas will not accept returns of used or worn items. Walter Shoes Design Sas reserves the right to reject any returned products for which the product itself, the packaging, or the label or tags have been removed or compromised in any way, at Walter Shoes Design Sas sole and exclusive discretion. In the event of such rejection, Walter Shoes Design Sas shall deliver the returned product back to the Customer at the Customer’s sole cost and expense. Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer or other device’s display of any color will be accurate.
In the event of a return or exchange, the risk of loss shall be borne by the Customer until the product arrives at the address indicated by Walter Shoes Design Sas for return processing. Walter Shoes Design Sas will inspect all returned shipments promptly upon delivery, and in the event of any damage or loss in transit, Walter Shoes Design Sas shall notify the Customer so that the Customer may file a complaint or take any other action necessary against the applicable courier Walter Shoes Design Sas agrees to cooperate with the Customer to provide evidence of such damage or loss to the extent reasonably practicable, provided that doing so does not unduly burden Walter Shoes Design Sas, including, without limitation, by shipping the product back to the Customer at Customer’s sole cost and expense
Upon receipt of any returned products and inspection of the same by Walter Shoes Design Sas, if Walter Shoes Design Sas determines, in its sole discretion, that the products are undamaged, intact, and the packaging, tags, and labels are intact and uncompromised, Walter Shoes Design Sas shall, as requested by the Customer, either (i) arrange to exchange. Exchanges, if any, shall be executed within approximately fourteen (14) business days from the date that the returned product is received at the Walter Shoes Design warehouse, provided that such time frame is an estimate only, and Walter Shoes Design Sas shall not be liable for failure to issue execute exchanges in the time frame estimated. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
