In accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send a communication to Walter Shoes Design Sas to this effect, within the specified terms, to the following email address waltershoesdesign@gmail.com, or use the appropriate form available on the Site.

 

In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products at their own expense to Walter Shoes Design Sas within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

 

Via Roma, 98 – 27027 – Gropello Cairoli Pavia (PV), ITALY

 

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, respecting the conditions below:

 

– The right of withdrawal can apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, complements, etc.);

– For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.);

– Shipping costs (and any customs fees, if present) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer;

– The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Walter Shoes Design Sas, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

– In case of damage to the goods during transport, Walter Shoes Design Sas will notify the Customer, to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they have chosen and obtain the related reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

– Walter Shoes Design Sas will not be responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss that occurred during or in any case dependent on the shipment for the return.

– Walter Shoes Design Sas will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the charged amount, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any cost as a consequence of this refund. Walter Shoes Design Sas may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that they have correctly returned the product, if earlier.

 

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Walter Shoes Design Sas ascertains that:

 

– the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;

– the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

– the product is missing elements that are integral to it and/or accessories (for example closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

 

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Walter Shoes Design Sas will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the same the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
